Data Deletion

Creative Augmentation ("we", "our", or "us") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of the data we hold about you, including any data collected when you message us on Instagram or Facebook. This is provided in addition to the rights described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What Data This Covers

A deletion request covers the personal data we hold about you, which may include:

• Messaging data from our Instagram and Facebook chatbot — the content of your messages, your Instagram- or page-scoped user ID and username, your public profile name, and message timestamps
• Contact and enquiry data you provided through our website forms or by email (such as your name, email address, and phone number)
• Any related records we hold that are linked to the above

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, email us at mail@creativeaugmentation.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include:

• The Instagram handle or Facebook name you used to message us (so we can locate your records), and
• The email address or phone number you shared with us, if any

We will acknowledge your request, verify it, and permanently delete your data within 30 days. If we need more time because of the volume or complexity of requests, we will let you know. We do not charge a fee for this.

3. Data Retention

Even if you do not submit a request, messaging data collected through Instagram and Facebook is retained only as long as necessary to provide support and is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Revoke Our Access

You can also stop our chatbot from accessing your messages at any time by removing our app's access from your account settings:

• Instagram: Settings and privacy → Apps and websites → remove "Creative_ChatBot"
• Facebook: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → remove "Creative_ChatBot"

Revoking access stops any future data collection. To delete data we already hold, please also send the deletion request described above.

5. Amazon Sellers & Advertisers

If we manage your Amazon advertising or access your Amazon Selling Partner account, you can revoke our access and request deletion of your data at any time.

1. Revoke our access.

• Your Creative Augmentation account: sign in at account.creativeaugmentation.com → Revoke Amazon access. This disconnects your Amazon Ads and Selling Partner connection from our systems immediately, and the stored authorisation token is destroyed
• Selling Partner (SP-API): Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps → find Creative Augmentation → Revoke authorisation
• Amazon Ads: Amazon Ads console → Account settings → Manage access → remove Creative Augmentation

Revoking access stops all future data collection immediately.

2. Request deletion of data we already hold. Email mail@creativeaugmentation.in with the subject "Amazon Data Deletion Request", including the Amazon account or brand name. We will permanently delete your Amazon advertising and Selling Partner data — from our databases, file storage and backups — and confirm in writing when it is done.

What we delete: all advertising performance data, catalogue, pricing, inventory and sales/traffic data associated with your account, and the stored authorisation token.

Note: we hold no personal data about your customers — we never collect Amazon buyer PII (see our Privacy Policy).
